By default, newly installed apps are shown on the Home Screen. However, there are times when you change some of the settings in your iPhone that they won’t be shown on the Home Screen anymore and you might think the installation is unsuccessful.
There are only a couple of places where newly installed apps are shown; it’s either in the Home Screen or in the App Library. So if they’re not on the Home Screen, then they’re in the App Library.
You can access the latter by swiping to the left a few times. You should see a different layout where apps are categorized.

But even if that’s the case with your device, you don’t have to worry about it because you can change just one setting newly installed apps will be shown on the Home Screen again.
Here’s how it’s done:
From the Home Screen, find and tap Settings.
This will bring you to the main Settings screen where you can change the settings of your device’s features and services.Scroll down and bit to find Home Screen and tap on it once found.
This will open the screen with settings that have immediate impact on your device’s Home Screen.The first two options are what you’re looking for. So tap Add to Home Screen to select it.
Once selected, all newly installed apps will be shown on the Home Screen.
