iPhone 8 Plus Stuck On Apple Logo
Problem: So my phone started with having problems with the home button. It quit vibrating when I used it and then I realized that all functions on the device that required vibrating didn’t work. I initially thought I may have a problem with the motor in my phone, but then I noticed that I could not change the volume using the buttons, or even communicate with a call.(couldn’t hear other end and other end could not hear me). I decided to clear all my device settings to see if that could resolve the problem. The apple logo came up with the bar underneath showing me that it was loading up the system. It finished loading, began to reboot, and came back to the loading apple screen again. This repeated for over an hour, then I decided to hard reset my iPhone 8 Plus at this point, and I regretted that decision immediately. My phone began to reboot but it never finished doing so. I was frozen at the apple logo (without the loading bar this time) and it would occasionally turn off and then come back to that screen. I intimidated a update on iTunes for my device and it did not resolve the issue, it ended up factory resetting my device. I took the phone to a nearby repair shop and the gentleman did the same process and actually got my phone working back to normal. All functions were up and good. This lasted for an hour or two and then the button quit working again and I turned my phone off. When turning it back on, I got stuck at the apple screen once more. I’m not currently trying to downgrade to iOS 11.2.5 to see if that may help my case.
Related Problem: Hello. My phone fell and went off. Tried to put it back on but only the apple logo keeps flashing on and off when put in charge but when the charger is pulled out, the logo stops flashing. I tried connecting it to my windows machine that has the latest version of itunes to restore software but different errors keep occurring. At the moment, itunes is not recognizing my phone anymore. Please help
