Why are you seeing a “Liquid has been detected” alert message on your iPhone SE?
As mentioned earlier, the alert message started to show up on various iPhone displays following the iOS 10, particularly the beta versions. It turned out that it’s a new iOS feature entrenched into the iOS 10 beta 3 and 4. Remove any cable/connector from your iPhone SE port

You may proceed with a factory reset through your iPhone settings or use iTunes on a computer. Just be sure to use the latest version of iTunes to avoid system conflicts and errors in the process.
To factory reset your iPhone SE through the settings menu, go to Settings-> General-> Reset-> Erase All Content and Settings. Wait for your iPhone to complete the reset and restore to factory defaults.
To carry out a full iOS reset or restore your iPhone SE through iTunes, connect your iPhone to a computer and wait for iTunes to recognize your iPhone. When recognized, follow the onscreen instructions to restore your iPhone SE to a previous iOS backup file you’ve created. Otherwise, restore your iPhone to factory defaults.
