iPhone 7 Calls Can’t Be Heard

Problem: Ok so I’ve had my iPhone 7 for almost a year now, and a few days ago every time I would make a phone call it wouldn’t let me hear whom I was talking to nor would it let them hear me. Also it doesn’t let me FaceTime or talk to Siri. I’ve tried erasing all settings and content, and resetting my phone but the only thing it does is take 4 hours to turn back on. I’m stuck on what to do and both times it didn’t work even the slightest bit

Solution: The first thing that you will need to do in this particular case is to make sure that the volume is set to the maximum level. Press the volume up key and make sure that you see the volume indicator in the screen increase.

You should also make sure that the phone is not connected to any audio device. Turn off the Bluetooth switch of the phone. Make sure that nothing is connected to the lightning port of the phone.

To check if the problem is carrier related try making a voice memo. If you can hear the voice memo when it is played back then this could be a carrier issue.

One last troubleshooting step that you should consider is a factory reset. Make sure to backup your phone data before doing the reset.

If the above steps fails to fix the problem then you will need to bring the phone to a service center and have it checked.

iPhone 7 Can’t Connect To Wi-Fi

Problem: I am no longer able to connect to my WiFi. When I enter my password the message says “incorrect password for network”. The internet is connected to WiFi and is working. The password has not been changed and was working fine until today.

Solution: Try forgetting the Wi-Fi network from your phone then connect to it again. In case the issue persists then try restarting your phone and your router. Once both devices have started try connecting the phone to the router again.

If the above steps fails to fix the problem then you should try accessing the admin panel of the router and change its password.

iPhone 7 Screen Is Black

Problem: Hello, My iphone 7 started showing lines on the screen within days it got worse to the point that the screen is completely black and unresponsive. You can tell that the phone is on but completely un-responsive. I did a hard-reset on the phone which it show me apple logo (with the screen still flickering) and then once it got the the password screen the screen went totally black again. I ordered a screen on amazon change the screen myself. Turn the iphone back on and it is still presenting the same symptoms. Any recommendations in what could it be wrong with it or what to do at this point.? I don’t have any warranty on the phone I bought it used thanks

Solution:  If the issue still occurs even after performing a hard reset then this is most likely caused by a hardware component that is failing to work properly. I recommend that you have this checked at a service center.

iPhone 7 Touch ID Not Working

Solution: What you will want to do first in this case is to make sure that the home button is dry. Wipe it with a cloth if necessary. Next, perform the steps listed below.
