iPhone 6 Plus Does Not Turn On
Problem: Placed my iPhone 6+ on a surface which was warm, not hot, however, left for over 2 hours will not turn on or do anything. Totally black and dead screen, Did not place it in a fridge, put it in dark drawer to cool down
Solution: Try to check first if the battery of your phone may have fully drained. Connect your phone to its wall charger then let it charge for at least 20 minutes. After 20 minutes have passed by turn on your phone.
If your phone still does not respond then try resetting it while still connected to the wall charger. Press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons for at least ten seconds, until you see the Apple logo.
If the problem persists then connect your phone to a computer running on iTunes. If your phone is detected then attempt to restore your phone.
If the above steps fail to resolve the problem then you need to bring your phone to an authorized service center for checking.
iPhone 6 Plus Does Not Turn On After Listening To Music
Problem: My fiancé’s iPhone quit working today. We were listening to music in our truck, when the music just faded out, and the phone acted like it shut off. He tried pushing the lock button to turn the screen on, and it wouldn’t turn on. His friend then held both the lock and home button to reset it. It then turned back on, and the display will not work. The home button will light the screen up, and that’s it. There’s also a line that goes straight down the middle of the screen, and the ringer box shows up in the middle of the screen, and will not go away.
Solution: Since this is a similar problem to the one we addressed above just follow the same troubleshooting steps that we have discussed in the first problem.
