Easy Steps to Turn Off Siri on iPhone 13 in iOS 15.3
The following steps also apply to other iPhone models with the same iOS firmware version with that of the iPhone 13 series. Actual screens and menu items may vary between device models and wireless carriers so expect some slight difference on every device interface.
Just be sure to keep your device software up-to-date so you can completely disable Siri with these subsequent procedures.
Step 1: Tap the Settings icon from the Home screen to open the Settings app.
Step 2: While on the main Settings app menu, scroll to find and then tap Siri & Search. Doing so opens the settings menu for Siri.
Step 3: To turn off Siri, just toggle to turn off the switch next to Listen for “Hey Siri” and Press Side Button for Siri respectively.
Disabling the first two options will prompt you to confirm if you’d like to Turn off Siri on your device.

This is an alternative to turning off the Listen for “Hey Siri” option from the Siri settings menu.
If you find it annoying to get app suggestions in search or lock screen notifications while keeping Siri enabled, just disable Siri suggestions on your iPhone.
To do this, just head over to the Siri Suggestions section on the Siri & Search menu and then turn off the switch next to Suggestions in Search, Suggestions in Look Up and Suggestions on Lock Screen.
