First Method: Switch to Zoomed View
The first method that you can try to make your iPhone keyboard bigger is to switch to zoomed view. Zoom feature will make your keyboard bigger however, all other apps and the content size of your iPhone will also be large, more or less larger by up to 10 pr 15%.

- Open Settings app
- Scroll down and tap Display & Brightness

Bold texts will appear bigger and this method is preferrable for older individuals since with a bold text it will make it keys easier to read and for easier typing. Enable Bold text by doing the following steps below:

Third Method: Switch Display to Landscape mode

As previously mentioned, there is no option on Keyboard settings to make key size bigger. Aside from the methods listed above, another method is to use a third party keyboard app. Third party app can be downloaded from App Store.
Third party keyboard apps can make the keyboard layout on your iPhone display to increase or decrease the size.
Most of the apps are free to use, other apps can be used on a free trial but would require you to purchase for a fee to be able to access the Pro version of the app.
