iPhone 6S Plus Shows Apple Logo Then Turns Off
Problem: I had just recently purchased a new iphone 6s plus yesterday. Soon as i received it i put it on charge for more than an hour. Later when i took it off charge i attempted to turn it on. When the screen came on it showed the apple logo for a few seconds then the screen turned off, it did this continuously. I called the apple support service and they assisted me in restoring the iphone through itunes. The iphone had fully been restored after 5 hours or so. When i again attempted to turn it on it did the same thing. Just wondering if there are any other ways i can solve this problem.
Solution: Since restoring the phone does not fix the problem then this could either be caused by a faulty battery or a defective charging IC. You will need to bring the phone to a service center and have it checked to pinpoint the exact cause of this problem.
iPhone 6S Plus Won’t Charge
Problem: Iphone wont charge and phone call volume is very low. I let a friend use the same charger and the charger worked fine for their phone. When i cut the phone off, and plug it up, it doesnt say its charging, but when i cut it back on, it would say it has 3% of battery and i would be able to watch it jump from 3% of battery to 1% in about 10 seconds
Solution: Try cleaning the charging port of your phone first using a can of compressed air. Make sure that any dirt or debris stuck in the port is removed as this could cause charging problems. Once this is done force restart your phone by pressing and holding both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons at the same time for at least 10 seconds until the Apple logo appears. Once this is done charge your phone using a different charging cord and wall charger for at least 20 minutes. If the issue remains then bring your phone to a service center and have it checked.
iPhone 6S Plus Will Not Boot Up
Problem: Hi there my daughter got a brand new iPhone 6S plus just yesterday then last night while she was waiting for all her apps, photos etc to be transferred over from her iPhone SE the iPhone 6S plus wouldn’t boot up all she is getting now is a black screen with Apple logo as if it is going to start.. What is wrong with phone & can it be fixed without taking it to Apple?
Solution: Try charging the phone first for at least 20 minutes then force a restart by pressing and holding both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons at the same time for at least 10 seconds until the Apple logo appears. If the phone does not start then you will need to use the latest version of iTunes to restore the phone.
If restoring the phone does not work then you will need to bring the phone to a service center and have it checked.
iPhone 6S Plus Will Not Turn On
Problem: My phone won’t turn on. I have the iPhone 6s Plus. I tried restarting and reset it but never turned on for 4 Hours. I also tried charging it but never worked. I push home and sleep button and just apple logo starts up. After 5 hours it turned on its own. Then after 10 mins it happened again turned off and never turn on but just logo and waited 4 hours and turn on again and I’m sure it will happen again please help me
Solution: Try cleaning the charging port of your phone using a can of compressed air making sure to remove any dirt or debris stuck in the port. Next, charge your phone for at least 20 minute using a charging cord and charger that is known to work. It’s best to use different charging cords to charge the phone. Make sure you get a charging indicator in the phone.
If the above steps fail to fix the problem then you should bring the phone to a service center and have it checked.
