Amazon App Not Working on iPhone 7 After iOS Update? Here’s How to Fix It

If the Amazon Shopping app keeps crashing or won’t open on your iPhone 7 after an iOS update, you’re not alone. App glitches like this are common after system updates — but thankfully, they’re usually easy to fix. Try these proven solutions to get the Amazon app working again.


1. Refresh Your Wi-Fi Connection

The Amazon app needs a stable internet connection. If your connection is acting up, the app might not load properly.

Here’s what to do:

  • Go to Settings > Wi-Fi.
  • Turn Wi-Fi off, wait 5–10 seconds, then turn it back on.
  • Open Safari and try loading a website. If that works, try the Amazon app again.
