To begin, launch the iOS Settings app by tapping on the Settings icon from the Home screen or App library of your iPhone.
Just look for the gear icon and then tap on it to launch the app.While in the Settings app menu, scroll to find and then tap Translate.
The Translate app menu will load up next.Locate Downloaded Languages from the given options and then tap on it to continue.
A list of all languages available for download will load up on the next screen.To continue, scroll to find the language that you’d like to use then tap the Download (Arrow Down) icon next to it to instigate the download process.
The downloading process will immediately instigate with the progress icon next to the language for your reference.Once the download progress is complete, the language will be added to the Available Offline list.
You will see it on top of the Downloaded languages section. Should you wish to download another language for your iOS Translate app usage, just repeat the same steps.

When finished downloading the language, tap the Back key to return to the previous menu or exit settings.
To remove a downloaded language from the list, tap Edit on the upper-right corner then tap the Minus sign before the language that you’d like to remove then tap Delete next to it to confirm. After deleting languages, tap Done.
The selected language will then be removed from the list of languages under the Available Offline section.
