Hiding photos and video is made easier and more secure in iOS 16. With just a few touches, you can already add your photos to a hidden album, which is also secured with your passcode or biometrics.

The process of hiding your photos and videos is pretty easy and you can easily follow it. Here’s how it’s done:
Go back to the Home screen and tap Photos.
It’s the default photos and videos manager on your iPhone.Tap Albums at the bottom of the screen, and select Recents.
This will show you the recent photos and videos you took.Tap Select at the top-right corner of the screen.
This will allow you to choose the photos and videos.Now choose which photos or videos you want to hide.
You can actually make multiple selections on this screen.Once you’re done selecting, tap the More options icon at the bottom-right corner of the screen.
This will pull up the menu.Select Hide and then tap Hide Photo to confirm.
The photos or videos you selected will then be added to the Hidden album.To access the Hidden album, go back to the previous screen and scroll all the way down.
You will see more options.Tap Hidden. You will then be prompted to enter your security lock to verify your identity.
It could be passcode, face ID or fingerprint.

Once you’ve entered the correct security lock, you will be brought to the Hidden album and you can view the photos and videos you’ve added to it.
