How to Use Text Replacement Shortcuts on iPhone 14
Typing the same phrase over and over? You can save serious time on your iPhone 14 by using Text Replacement — a built-in iOS feature that lets you turn short shortcuts into full phrases. This guide will show you how to set it up, use it in apps like Messages, and delete shortcuts you no longer need.
How to Add a Text Replacement Shortcut on iPhone 14
- Open the Settings app.
- Go to General > Keyboard.
- Tap Text Replacement.
- Tap the + button in the top-right corner.
- In the Phrase field, type the full word or sentence you want to appear.
