iPhone 7 Is Not Charging
Problem: Hi Team, My iPhone 7 got wet for a very short while and it worked just fine when it dried up. Battery got drained due to the length of time I had to stay out and with no chance of charging, now it won’t anymore. It shows only the “charge device” sign when I put charger on but not filling power up. Is it something that can just be fixed by a technician or a replacement is a must?
Solution: The first thing that you will want to do whenever your phone does not charge is to make sure that the charging port is free from any dirt or debris. If necessary clean the port using a can of compressed air. To eliminate any charger related issues you should try using a different lightning cord and wall charger to charge your phone. Leave the phone charging for 30 minutes then force restart the phone by pressing and holding both the Side and Volume Down buttons for at least 10 seconds, until you see the Apple logo.
If the issue persists then you should bring the phone to a service center and have it checked.
iPhone 7 Stuck In iPhone Logo
Problem: Iphone 7 worked perfectly, one morning took it of the charger (100%) went to school everything normal, and when I was on class I went to check what time it is but it was turned off, he is stucked on iphone logo and if you do hard reset it can’t go further also. I have tried to connect on itunes it was ok but when he asked for permission of my phone it said that device can’t be recognized.. thank you.
Solution: The best way to proceed in this case is to restore your phone in DFU mode using iTunes.
- Make sure that you’re using the latest version of iTunes.
- Connect your phone to your computer and open iTunes.
- While your device is connected, force restart it by pressing and holding the Side and Volume Down buttons at the same time. Keep holding them until you see the recovery-mode screen.
- When you see the option to Restore or Update, choose Update.
If the issue persists then you will need to bring the phone to a service center and have it checked.

iPhone 7 Display Is Dark
Problem: Hi, The screen of my iPhone turned dark. I can vaguely see the messages when I put the phone under strong light, but the reflection of the screen is not helping. I thought I had back up my iPhone with icloud, but was told by apple it has not been backup. I didn’t sync the phone with iTunes, as I thought it was synced to icloud. I pressed on the home button to start siri , but don’t understand why it is not working!! I have lots of pics that I want to backup before I bring it to apple to fix the screen issue. Would you be able to help me? I desperately want to save the pics. Many thanks
Solution: You should try connecting your phone to a computer with the latest version of iTunes installed then check if you are able to backup your phone data. If this doesn’t work then you will need to bring the phone to a service center and have it checked.
