How to fix network connectivity issues on your iPhone 6s Plus?

Step 1. Check your account status.

You might have previously turned this feature on and forgot to disable it that’s why all your calls won’t go through your iPhone but rather forwarded to another device. To check on this feature, go to Settings-> Phone-> Call Forwarding-> disable or turn off switch.
  • Blocked List – you won’t be able to send or receive calls and messages to or from block-listed contacts. To make sure this is not causing you any trouble, head over to Settings-> Phone-> Call-> Blocking & Identification-> remove the contact from the list, if necessary.

Step 3. Update iPhone 6s Plus iOS to the latest version.

For network problems caused by software bugs, installing an update would usually fixed them. This is possible because software updates also contain fixes for certain bugs found on the existing iOS platform. When the update is implemented or installed, existing bugs will also likely be eradicated.


  • To check if an update is available for your iPhone, head over to Settings-> General-> About-> Software Update.


You should see a notification for available update. To proceed with iOS update downloading and installation, just follow the onscreen instructions.

Software updates can be installed wirelessly via OTA or manually through iTunes. The first option requires a stable wireless connection (Wi-Fi) while the seconds requires a computer with the latest version of iTunes program installed.
