iPhone 6S Compass Gyroscope Not Working

Problem: Hello, my iPhone 6s is having an issue with either the accelerometer or gyroscope. First, the compass does not work. It does not even give the option to be calibrated. Also, the health app does not show any activity. The screen also does not rotate. The options are enabled to allow rotation. I believe its a hardware issue. Either something got disconnected, or something isn’t soldered on completely.

Solution: This looks like a hardware related problem already. You can however troubleshoot this on your end by checking if the problem is caused by a software glitch. For this you will need to backup your phone data then restore your phone as a new device. In case the issue still occurs after the phone has been restored then you need to have this checked at a service center.

iPhone 6S Screen Randomly Flashes

Problem: I just filed an insurance claim and order a new phone and it worked great the first couple of days but now the screen with randomly flash colors and you can’t see anything on the screen just flashing colors. This phone is phone is brand new hasn’t been dropped, exposed to water or cracked. After it has its spasms of flashing the screen won’t sense my fingertips for I can’t type or tap anything unless I shut it off and turn it back on.

iPhone 6S Front Camera Bad Quality Pictures

Problem: The front camera of my two day old iPhone 6s has extremely bad quality. It looks like there is a bad watercolors effect on every photo I take and it’s really pixelated. As I said, I’ve only had this phone for two days and I noticed this yesterday. I took some pictures with my old 5s and then I took the exact same picture with my 6s. The iPhone 6s is so much worse and it looks like it was taken with my friend’s extremely old Samsung. I don’t know what to do and I don’t have enough money to buy a new one. I would appreciate it so much if someone’s could please help me. Oh, I almost forgot. My new phone has a extra screen on it but that shouldn’t make the pictures pixelated. I don’t know if I can send the pictures I took with my two different iPhones but I have them if i’m ever able to send them for someone to take a look at them. (I don’t know the carrier so I just put other)

Solution: Try removing the screen protector from the phone as this might be causing the problem. You should also make sure that the front camera lens is free from any dirt by wiping it with a microfiber cloth. In case the issue persists then try restoring your phone as a new device then check if the issue still occurs. Make sure to backup your phone data before restoring your phone.
