iPhone 12 Could Be Available in a New 'Navy Blue' Version

Apple introduced the iconic new Midnight Green variant for the iPhone 11 Pro models last year. As per a new report, the company could be gearing up for the release of a new color variant known as “Navy Blue” with iPhone 12 models this year. Max Weinbach in collaboration with EverythingApplePro came up with this gorgeous Navy Blue render of the iPhone 12 Pro.

Given that Midnight Green was exclusive to the high-end iPhone, it’s safe to assume that Navy Blue may also get the same treatment later this year. Apple is rumored to launch four iPhones in Fall this year with two high-end Pro models and two entry level iPhones similar to the iPhone 11.

It is important to mention that Weinbach has been fairly accurate with regards to such rumors in the past. Last year, well before the iPhone 11 Pro release, he predicted that Apple will unveil a new light green color variant. Keeping this in mind, Navy Blue will most likely be found on an iPhone 12 model later this year, although the name may be different.

In addition to the new color scheme, iPhone models are also expected to get a new 3D Time of Flight or ToF sensor to accompany the camera layout. Further, at least one variant should come with 5G support out of the box. Apple is reportedly going to launch 5.4-inch and 6.1-inch entry level iPhones accompanied by 6.1-inch and 6.7-inch models in Fall this year.

The folks at EverythingApplePro made a video showing off the rumored iPhone 12 Pro color.
