First, you may consider double-checking your data plan and do some speed tests to compare the results with the actual data you’re supposed to get. If the speed test results are way too slow compared to your actual data plan, try applying any of the following procedures to eliminate common factors.
First solution: Quit then restart your browser and your iPhone 11.
If you’ve left Safari suspended for long, there’s a higher chance for it to crash and stop working as intended. The same thing can happen to any other apps that are left open or running in the background. In this case, forcing the app to close would be necessary. So here’s what you should try first:
