Make sure the charger unit is working
Try to eliminate the possibility of the charger causing this problem. There are two parts that make up your phone charger and these are the USB charging cord and the adapter. The cord usually gets damaged easily so you should try using a different charging cord. Charge from a different power outlet
There’s a chance that you are plugging the charger to a power outlet that is not working at all. To eliminate this possibility you should try plugging the charger to a different power outlet.
