Apple has released multiple iOS 13 updates since its first release a couple of months ago. The company has now issued a new update that patches some minor issues with the Mail and Messages app, while also carrying the usual suite of bug fixes. This update is also rolling out to iPadOS users, with the update already arriving on iPhones, iPads as well as iPod Touch units as of this morning.
Here’s the official iOS 13.2.3 changelog issued by Apple:
- Fixes an issue where system search and search within Mail, Files, and Notes might not work
- Addresses an issue where photos, links, and other attachments might not display in the Messages details view
- Fixes an issue that could prevent apps from downloading content in the background
- Resolves issues that may prevent Mail from fetching new messages, and fail to include and quote original message content in Exchange accounts
Apple has been relatively quick with regard to sending out updates. Although things haven’t quite been smooth for the company, it has managed to quickly rectify the issues that surfaced with prior updates. This is what the latest update does as well, so don’t expect to see any new improvements to existing iOS or iPadOS features.
