iPhone 7 Stuck On Flashing Apple Logo

Problem: Hello my mum has an Iphone 7 and it is stuck on the apple logo she took it to apple who said it was stuck on a loop it was like this for hours, all of a sudden it came in , they said there was no problems with it and sent her home , after being home for 3 hours it has switched itself off and now stuck with a flashing apple logo , Itunes won’t recognise the device when we try and plug it in to force a restart

Solution: When a phone gets stuck in the Apple logo this could mean that there is a software glitch that is causing this problem. You will need to use iTunes to fix this problem.

  • Connect you phone to a computer with the latest version of iTunes installed.
  • When the phone is connected force it to restart by pressing and holding the Sleep/Wake and Volume Down buttons at the same time.
  • When the Apple logo appears do not release the buttons. Keep holding the buttons until you see the recovery mode screen.
  • When the option to restore or update your phone appears choose update. iTunes will reinstall the software version without erasing your data.

iPhone Boot Loop Issue After Getting Wet

Problem: after previously falling in pool yesterday, my phone was in normal condition and worked as it always has. Later on that day, my phone was dead so i charged it and when powering it back on, i was told my home button would need service. So i used my phone with the assistive touch and proceeded on. After a while of my phone sitting on my bed, i tried to power it on and when i did, it kept bring up the apple logo, then turns off and then just repeats the process over and over again. Ive tried holding the down volume button and on/off button to reboot it, but nothing works, it just keeps repeating what it’s been doing as if it won’t respond to what i am doing.

Solution: For this particular problem you need to follow the same troubleshooting steps performed by the issue we have addressed above. If the problem still persists then this might be caused by some form of water damage. You need to bring the phone to a service center and have it checked if this is the case.

iPhone 7 Takes Too Long to Charge

Problem: I’m having trouble charging my iPhone 7 last time I tried to charge it it took 4 hours to reach 8% then started to lose charge . It’s not been charging properly for a couple of weeks. I’ve tried cleaning the charge point and changed chargers. The charges are charging other iPhones please help thanks

Solution: What you can do right now is to backup your phone data then restore your phone as a new device. Once this is done do not install any apps in your phone yet. Try to check first if the issue still occurs. If it does then there’s a possibility that the battery is causing this problem. Bring your phone to a service center and have this checked.

iPhone 7 Has A Black Screen

Problem: Iphone 7 has a black screen and won’t turn on even when trying the power and lower volume button. Also tried charging and still won’t get the apple to appear on screen. I don’t have any damage done to the phone and water damage is unknown. Thank you for the help

Solution: If forcing the phone to restart does not work then try to connect the phone to a computer with the latest version of iTunes installed. If the phone is detected then proceed with updating your phone software. The steps are listed on the first issue which we have addressed above.

In case the problem persists you will need to bring your phone to a service center and have it checked.

  1. My phone will first flash from the Apple logo to a blue screen then a black screen and the repeat itself. It has been this way for more than 24 hours even when on the charger or holding down the power and down volume button. I even tried hooking it up to the computer on Itunes but that still doesnt seem to work. Any ideas on how to fix this besides Itunes?

  2. Kayla seems like exactly my problem. iTunes said there’s an unknown problem occurred while I was restoring and updating. Hope someone can help

  3. i dropped my iphone in the water a week ago and it just now shut off flashing the apple logo ive tried hooking it to the computer but nothing any ideals would be helpful

  4. I tried to update multiple times, but it didn’t work. When I tried using a different cord it finally worked, but still randomly froze and turned off. At least it’s working until I can get it to an Apple store.

  5. I’m having the same logo problem as everyone else. Logo appears, goes away, screen goes black and it repeats itself. I’ve tried connecting it to the computer and it doesn’t even show up when I plug it in, I’ve tried doing the reset technique and have held it down for awhile with no reaction from the phone in the end. I’m considering setting it on fire at this point. Dam Apple products and their lousy shit
