How to Set up / Add Email Accounts on your iPhone 7 Plus

Setting up email accounts on your iPhone can be done in two ways — manually or automatically.  Accounts from email providers such as Google, iCloud, Mail, or Yahoo can automatically be set up with just your email address and password.

The following steps will let you add a personal and work email account to sync email, contacts, calendar, and notes to your new iPhone.

1. To get started, tap Settings from the Home screen.
2. On the Settings screen, scroll to and then tap to select Mail from the given options.
3. Tap Accounts to continue.
4. On the Accounts screen, tap Add Account. A list of email providers will then be displayed.
5. Tap to select your Email Provider/Email account from the list.

• If your email provider is not shown in the list, tap Other and then select Add Mail Account. In this case, you will need to follow the onscreen instructions and provide all the required information to configure your account.

Note: Please contact your email provider or carrier, if you don’t know your email settings. Otherwise, use the Mail Settings Lookup tools provided your respective carriers online.

6. To continue with this demonstration, select Google.
7. Enter your email address (Gmail account) on the given field and then select NEXT.
8. If prompted, enter the correct password then select NEXT to proceed. Wait for Mail to verify your account.
9. Set the account sync options or select the contents you want to sync. This section is optional.
10. Tap Save to complete the process.

Set Up Email Manually on your iPhone 7 Plus

You can also set up or add email account(s) manually considering you know your email settings. This means you need to configure email settings including server settings and security type. If you prefer to go for manual email set up on your iPhone, here’s how:

1. Tap Settings from the Home screen.
2. Scroll down and tap Mail from the Settings screen.

Visual Voicemail is an interface that presents a list of messages for playback and lets select which ones to listen to or delete. 4. Enter a password for your voicemail account.

9. When the recording is finished, tap Stop. If you want to listen to your new greeting, tap Play. If you want to record the greeting again, tap Record and then tap Save once the greeting is finished.

Your visual voicemail is now set up. You should now be able to get new messages shown on the voicemail screen for review and playback. Just tap a message to start playback.

• To remove a message, just tap the Delete option next Call Back. Tap Deleted Messages to permanently delete messages and then tap Clear All to confirm action.
