Problem: Have a brand new iPhone 7+, Over the last few days, when I plug it in, it’ll say it’s charging but my battery percentage is decreasing instead of increasing. No matter how many chargers I use, even the apple issued charger is doing it. What’s wrong here?
Solution: What you should do first in this case is to clean the charging port of the phone using a can of compressed air. Make sure to check that any dirt or debris stuck in the port is removed. Once this is done try charging the phone. In case the same issue still occurs then you should try using a different charging cord.
You should also check if some software glitch is causing this problem by backing up your phone data then do a factory reset. Once the reset is complete do not install any apps in your phone yet. Try to check first if you are still experiencing the same problem.
If the above steps fails to fix the problem then you need to bring the phone to a service center and have it checked.

Problem: I received my replacement iPhone and made calls and no one can hear me they say it’s static can not hear me I have no static and I can hear them . I am unable to call anyone that can hear me . Tech support said maybe weather but my whole family has Verizon and no one else is having issues just my replacement phone and I know that is not the issue I have done all the necessary options they said to try reset , erase reset, take sim out etc. so I need help ASAP this is Sunday August 27 2017 and received replacement phone on Friday August 25 paid 200.00 with insurance and I still have a phone that does not work my phone before was dropped and cracked screen but I am unable to make a call out for static in replacement phone
Solution: Try going to a different location and check if the static still occurs. This way you can check if the network is causing the problem. You also need to set up the phone as a new device and once this is done try making a call.
In case the issue persists then you will need to have this phone checked at a service center or have it replaced.

Problem: I have the iPhone 7 plus, it shows to be charging but won’t take a full charge. It turns itself off and reboots when I get a call or text. I have tried different power cords, wall charger and car charger. I’m a truck driver and don’t have access to a computer .
