Fifth solution: Update your iPhone to the latest version.

But before you proceed, be sure to back up all your critical files to iCloud or iTunes so you’d still be able to recover them later. Once you’re backup is secured, follow these steps to factory reset your iPhone through settings:
- From the Home screen, tap on Settings.
