The #Apple #iPhone7 is one of the first iPhone models that sports a new design when compared to the older models. The phone no longer has a 3.5mm audio port. While some people miss this feature the phone makes up for this by packing in more features such as waterproofing and dustproofing. The phone also uses a solid state home button making it more resistant to damage. Although this is a solid performing phone there are instances when certain issues can occur which we will be addressing today. In this latest installment of our troubleshooting series we will tackle the iPhone 7 home button not working issue and other related problems.

iPhone 7 Home Button Not Working
Problem: On my iPhone 7 my home button all of the sudden quit working and a message came across saying it may need maintenance and in that same time there is no sound for my ringer or any notifications or alarm clock and can’t hear my music unless my headphones are plugged in. I went to the Apple store and he said it would be $320 to fix and I said what’s wrong he said I don’t know I’ve never seen that before. Why would I pay someone that much to dis something if they don’t what’s wrong pretty stupid. He said he ran a diagnostics on the speaker but he wouldn’t let him. So I’m stuck with a phone where I can’t receive call notices or anything for my job.
Solution: It’s very likely that this is a hardware related problem already. The best troubleshooting that you can do right now is to backup your phone data then restore the phone to ts original factory condition. Set Up the phone as a new device. If the issue still persists then the home button might be faulty. The best thing to do right now is to have this fixed at the Apple Store.
iPhone 7 Stuck In Boot Loop After Replacing Screen
Problem: Hi, I recently got the screen on my iPhone 7 replaced and since then, whenever the battery dies or the phone is turned off, the phone refuses to turn back on properly. Instead, it loads up the Apple Logo reboot screen for a few seconds, then the screen flashes, and then it turns back off to start the whole cycle over again. I have already tried to do Recovery Mode and have even restored the phone under recovery mode, but it still keeps on happening. I don’t know what else to do or how to fix this. Please help.
Solution: If you have already restored the phone and the issue still occurs then this is most likely caused by a faulty hardware component already. The best thing to do right now is to bring the phone to the Apple Store so that the exact component that is failing to work can be pinpointed.
