iPhone 7 Will Not Stay Connected To Wi-Fi Network
Problem: Wifi connectivity issues. June 16th 2018, everything worked. June 24th 2018 after returning from a trip experienced issues. The problem is that Apple devices will not stay connected to router. Router both 2.4ghz and 5ghz are displayed as available networks. When selected and password entered will attempt connection. Sometimes it connects and then promptly disconnects. Sometimes it will take a few seconds and simply not connect. Sometimes it will connect maintain connection for upwards of a minute and then disconnect. Additionally, sometimes when device connects to router it will rapidly connect/disconnect several times before eventually disconnecting. While all of this is going on all Windows 10 operating system devices have connection to router, internet, and fast speeds.
Secondary issues discovered:
Amazon fire tv stick and Echo dot Will not connect to wifi w/ firmware v18.104.22.168. Fire tv stick will not connect to 5ghz wifi, says unexpected error has occurred or says wrong password. However, Fire tv will connect and stay connected to 2.4ghz. (Update) Echo dot will not work w/ firmware v22.214.171.124.

Steps I have taken.
I restarted my modem. I have power cycled router, have reset router (held restart button for 10 seconds), I have hard reset router (held restart button for 30, unplugged power held restart button for another 30, plugged. power back in and continued to hold restart button for another 30).
I have installed updated firmware to v126.96.36.199_1.0.28, hard reset after
I have installed firmware v188.8.131.52_1.0.25, hard reset after, and reset
I have installed firmware v184.108.40.206_1.0.23, reset
On my Iphone 7 I have forgotten network after every firmware install. I have also gone to settings>privacy>location services> system services> and turned wi-fi networking off. I have reset network settings, twice.
Solution: I would suggest that you try connecting your phone to a different Wi-Fi network outside of your house then check if the issue still occurs. If it doesn’t the the problem could be caused by your router settings. You will have to troubleshoot this on your own further. In case the issue persists even when the phone is connected to a different Wi-Fi network then I recommend that you restore your phone to its original factory condition. Make sure to backup your phone data before restoring the phone. You should also set up your phone as a new device temporarily. This way you can check if the problem still occurs without any of your old data installed in the phone.
In case the above steps fails to fix the problem then you should bring your phone to the nearest Apple Store and have it checked.
