How to troubleshoot your iPhone 7 with Netflix app that keeps crashing

If all the system requirements are met but Netflix is still not working or acting up, then you can go ahead and troubleshoot your device. First solution: Force close Netflix and background apps.

Second solution: Restart your iPhone 7 (soft reset).

- If you see multiple app updates, you can update all apps simultaneously instead. Just hit the Update All button on the upper right of the screen.
Wait until all app updates are successfully installed and then restart (soft reset) your iPhone to clear and refresh apps and iOS.
Fourth solution: Reset all settings on your iPhone 7.
Some updates override current settings on the device. And this could lead to either bad or good outcomes.
