How to troubleshoot your iPhone 8 with App Store that keeps restarting

Prior to troubleshooting your device software, check and ensure that your iPhone is connected to the Internet and that your Internet connection is not dropping or intermittent. The App Store app requires strong and stable Internet connection to access the Apple servers based on user inputs and requests.

First solution: Sign out and back into your Apple account.

Sometimes, new platform changes can result to expired account sessions or invalid logins. And invalid logins can cause problems like this to occur. Second solution: Reset network settings on your iPhone 8.

It’s possible that the new update automatically alters or overrides your current network settings and therefore resulting to network problems. This can be the main trigger for online apps like App Store to glitch or act up. To rule this out, performing a network settings can help. Doing so will restore the default or original network settings and options on your iPhone. Then you can configure individual network options according to your prior preferences before the problem instigated. Here’s how it’s done:

  2. Tap General.

Fourth solution: Reset your iPhone 8 to factory defaults (factory reset).

A factory reset is among the last resorts to consider for persistent software issues on the phone. The problem could be that complex and therefore requires a full system wipe out. This reset however affects your personal information critical data stored on your iPhone’s internal memory, which denotes the need for back up.
