iPhone 6S Screen Freezes Open Apps On Its Own

Problem: My fiancee replaced the screen on his iPhone 6s himself. He has no experience with this and just assumed he could do it. Now his phone has gone crazy. It calls me on Whatsapp by itself, screen freezes and changes apps on its own. Please help if you can!

Solution: It looks like something went wrong during the screen replacement process. What you should do right now is to restore the phone and set it up as a new device using iTunes. Once this is done try to check if the issue still occurs. If it does then this could already be a hardware related problem possibly caused by a faulty display or other internal component. The best way to proceed in this case is to bring the phone to a service center and have it checked.

iPhone 6S Front Facing Camera Not Working

Problem: Yesterday I fell with my phone in my back pocket and ever since the front facing camera isn’t working on any app. There are no scratches or visible damage to the camera or phone. I’ve tried restarting the phone and clearing my apps but nothing has happened.

Related Problem: The front camera has not been working on my iPhone. The rear camera works fine, but when I press the reverse button in the camera app it shows a blurry version of the rear cameras view. Also, in the Snapchat app, when I try to reverse the camera so it is facing me it just freezes on the screen it was previously.

Solution: If this problem occurred right after you fell with the phone in your pocket then this might have affected the front camera module. Try doing a factory reset on your phone. Make sure to backup your phone data before doing the reset. In case the front camera still does not work after the reset then I suggest that you bring the phone to a service center and have it checked.

iPhone 6S Screen Has Different Colors

Problem: I’m having problems with my screen, it will all of a sudden just have these different color lines and I can’t press anything they will all be moving and they will all be scrolling up and down on my screen so when I cut it off and on it doesn’t help at all because it comes on doing the same thing.

Related Problem: my iphone has a that started a few weeks ago when it had a blue bar on the top  of the screen then it developed into the whole screen changing light blue and it kept getting darker and now it changed to a dark orange (similar to night shift feature) and it has light blue vertical lines on it

Related Problem: I was on it and then it glitched and the screen only shows orange at the bottom and fading into blue at the top. I can still swipe down to see my notifications but cant click on any. I can swipe up to play my music but none of the bottoms work except for the flashlight. It won’t turn on and off, but I can “lock” it where the screen turns black.

Solution: If restarting the phone does not fix the problem then you should proceed with a factory reset. Make sure to backup your phone data before doing the reset. If after the reset the same issue occurs then this could already be a hardware related problem possibly caused by a faulty display. The best thing that you can do right now is to bring the phone to a service center and have it checked.
