iPhone 6 Plus Screen Is Unresponsive Unless Phone Is Bent
Problem: Hello, so my iPhone 6 Plus was dropped about 4-5 feet from the ground. Small crack at top right corner. Now screen has become unresponsive. With a grey horizontal bar running along the top and sometimes extends to halfway down the screen, flickering. However, when I bend the phone the screen becomes responsive again. I think the phone is bent and it’s putting a lot of pressure on the logic board. What can I do to fix this? Can you please help me?
Solution: The phone has obviously suffered some physical damage already judging from the cracked screen. There’s no software troubleshooting that can be done in this case. The phone really must be checked at a service center since aside from replacing the display the internal components must also be checked for damages.
