According to a new report, the second gen Apple Watch will come with an identical design, hinting that Apple might not be looking to tweak around the look of the wearable much.
The rumor goes on to say that the wearable will sport a bigger battery in order to silence one of the biggest criticisms of the wearable – the battery life. Outdoor visibility is also expected to get a bump with the Apple Watch 2, so there could be quite a lot of changes (apart from the design) with this new model.
There’s talk of a FaceTime camera being added to the wearable as well, although we are taking it with a pinch of salt for now. The new model should be unveiled sometime in early 2016 with launch expected shortly after. We’re hoping that the company manages to streamline production by then as the Apple Watch is pretty hard to come by right now.
The company’s new watchOS 2.0 is expected to bring a handful of new things to the table, including the ability to have native apps on the device, so it’s going to be a massive upgrade.
