Apple Music got more than 10 million subscribers in the first month: Report

Apple Music

Apple Music was an instant hit with early users although there were a few complaints with regards to the functionality of the service. However, there’s no denying that Apple has been very successful in getting users to start using its free music streaming service, although the allure was the 3-month free trial for many.

A new report now mentions that Apple has managed to garner 10 million users for Apple Music within just a month of its arrival, which is quite commendable given that most other competitive services didn’t receive the same response, even with a free trial on the table. It’s too early to tell if most of these users will continue with Apple Music after the free trial period has ended, so we cannot jump to conclusions just yet.

To put things in perspective, Spotify has 75 million active users right now, so Apple Music has a lot of ground to cover if it wants to stand level with the big ticket competitors. Have you subscribed to Apple Music yet? What do you make of it?
