I cannot start the phone, If I start I see the apple logo for 5sec and after the red itunes logo with the cable. I can’t update, I cant restore. Can you please help me?

Solution: One of the most difficult problems to troubleshoot that could happen to an iPhone is when it gets the error 53 code. Why is this so? Well, first of all there is no clear troubleshooting procedure given by Apple on how to resolve this issue. What they have listed down on their page is the standard troubleshooting steps which I have listed below.

  • Check that your security software and settings aren’t blocking your device from communicating with the Apple update server.
  • Then try to restore your iOS device two more times while connected with a cable, computer, and network you know are good.
  • Make sure that your security software and settings are allowing communication between your device and update servers.

If the problem still persists after following the above steps then chances are the phone has already developed a hardware problem. Several owners of this device claim that this error occurs if the cable connecting the Touch ID to the mainboard has been broken or disconnected. If you have recently replaced the Touch ID or display of your phone there’s a big possibility of this error occurring.

To resolve this issue I suggest you bring your phone to the nearest Apple store for further checking.

iPhone 6 Stuck On Blue Screen

Problem: error blue screen and infinite rebooting and stuck on apple logo .. i tried restore on itunes the same issue rebooting and give me blue screen when waiting for the device to reboot for restoring  iPhone 6 Blue Screen And Then go to Recovery mode and Now Show 40 and 9 error so me. please help me how to fix.

Solution: If you are getting an error 9 then check if you have any security software running on your computer that may be interfering with the connection.

  • Make sure that the date, time, and time zone are set correctly on your computer.
  • Log in to an administrative user account, not a guest account.
  • Make sure that you have the latest version of iTunes.
  • Update OS X or Windows.
  • Update your security software

You should also try to use a different USB cord when connecting your phone to your computer as the cord may have an issue.

If you are also getting an error 40 then this may be a hardware related problem. The troubleshooting steps that you need to do are listed below.

  • Check that your security software and settings aren’t blocking your device from communicating with the Apple update server.
  • Then try to restore your iOS device two more times while connected with a cable, computer, and network you know are good.
  • Make sure that your security software and settings are allowing communication between your device and update servers.

If the problem persists then I suggest you bring your phone to the nearest Apple Store and have it checked.
