I found your email address from internet. I bought my iPhone 6, 64GB plus 3 months ago. Now I am facing to problems.

If you happen to have a similar problem, here are the things that you must do:

Visit your local Apple store

This should be the first thing that you must do. The issues mentioned above are clearly hardware in nature so this blog can offer little to nothing in terms of fixing it. Most probably, your case will end up with a replacement. Claims of bent iPhones need to pass a test called Visual Mechanical Inspection in order to merit replacement. This test was discussed by The Next Web last year although nothing much was divulged about it.

iPhones that are not over a year old from the date of purchase should be well covered by Apple’s 1-year limited warranty. If you want to check the specifics of your iPhone’s warranty, make sure you select the correct region in Apple’s website as there might be some slight differences to some provisions per country.

If your phone was not tampered with, there’s a big chance that your local Apple store will honor your request for a replacement. It normally takes about a week to get a new replacement iPhone based in our experience so make sure to find a temporary alternative while waiting for it.

If Apple deems your iPhone has sustained user-inflicted damage even if it’s not over a year old, repair and replacement will not be free.

Backup your personal data
